I recently completed my latest project using peel and stick wallpaper to line the drawers of my repurposed toolbox. I wanted to start small since I swore off wallpaper many years ago after the bad experience I had removing it in my first house. Now, fifteen years later, I love it again thanks to my experience with peel and stick wallpaper! I know it’s not that new, but it is to me since it took me a while to get back to wallpaper.
Since it was so easy to place inside the drawers, I am now looking around my house to see where else I can use it. I’m thinking it would look great in our hallway since it really needs an update!
I purchased the Mirabel Medallion Peel & Stick Wallpaper By ArtMinds® from Michaels Craft Store to line the drawers of my Grandfather’s old toolbox…which has now been repurposed as a beverage/serving cart. I had quite a few of my readers and friends tell me that they loved the idea, so I thought I would feature other patterns and colors to give you ideas for your next project. All of the patterns featured are peel and stick wallpaper at reasonable prices, with different styles to choose from.
I am featuring the close-up pictures of the wallpaper so you can easily see the patterns, but I would encourage you to check out the links to see them in a room with other decorative items and furniture.
Here are my peel and stick wallpaper picks…
Fun patterns for kids:
Do you see any patterns that would work for your next project? Wallpaper can be used to line dresser drawers, as backing for bookshelves, and I have seen it used on the fronts of steps to give the stairs a colorful look! Thanks to the peel and stick wallpaper…I am loving wallpaper again!
